Turn What You Know Into Content People Are Glad They Found
You know your industry. Your people have real expertise. You have ideas worth sharing.
What you may not have is enough time to consistently turn all of that into newsletters, articles, executive posts, emails, and other content people actually want to read.
That’s a capacity problem. It’s where I fit.
I help B2B companies, small marketing teams, and business owners turn what they already know into useful content that earns attention and trust. A newsletter is usually the best place to start because it gives you a direct, ongoing connection with customers and prospects — then the ideas inside it can fuel the rest of your content.
Below are the most common ways I work with clients. The prices are real. Scope still matters for the proposal stage, but you should be able to tell whether we’re roughly in the same ballpark before either of us puts a meeting on the calendar.
Newsletter-in-a-Box Kickstart
$2,500 one time
For businesses that want a newsletter system built properly, then want to run it themselves.
We go from blank page to a newsletter you can actually send — strategy, structure, platform, first issue, and a practical plan for what comes next.
Strategy session covering audience, goals, content mix, voice, and cadence
Newsletter platform setup and basic configuration
Newsletter structure/template
Signup-page and welcome-email copy
Editorial direction plus 12 starting topic ideas
First issue drafted, edited, and finalized with you
Walkthrough and training so you can take it from there
Best fit: You want the system and a strong start, but you or someone on your team has the capacity to keep it moving.

Newsletter-in-a-Box Managed
$2,000/month + $1,500 launch
For businesses that know a newsletter makes sense but do not need another recurring task on the to-do list.
I learn the business, pull useful ideas out of your team, write the newsletter, get it approved, and help keep the whole thing moving. You provide the expertise. I turn it into something worth opening.
Two newsletter issues per month
Editorial planning and ongoing topic development
Writing and editing in your company or executive voice
Subject lines, preview copy, and calls to action
Formatting, scheduling, and publishing in your existing platform
Four to six short companion posts pulled from the month’s newsletter ideas
Monthly check-in and basic performance review
Initial commitment: Three months. After that, we can continue month to month.
Best fit: You want a useful, consistent newsletter without turning yourself or your marketing team into a newsletter production department.

Newsletter + Thought Leadership
Starts at $4,000/month
For companies that have more expertise than they are currently putting to work.
The newsletter remains the anchor, but we also turn the ideas, experience, and opinions inside your business into a consistent executive presence on LinkedIn and related content.
Managed newsletter program
Regular LinkedIn ghostwriting for one executive
Monthly interview/content-capture conversation
Editorial themes tied to the questions and problems your customers actually care about
Content calendar and planning
Selective repurposing into additional posts, articles, or emails when it makes sense
Monthly review of what is getting attention and what we should do more — or less — of
Best fit: Your executives have useful things to say, your company has a point of view, and none of those people have the time or inclination to stare at a blank LinkedIn box three times a week.

Content Partner
Starts at $5,000/month
For small marketing teams and companies that need a senior content person without adding another full-time employee.
At this level, the newsletter can still serve as the content anchor, but the work expands around what the business actually needs: executive ghostwriting, articles, email campaigns, landing pages, content assets, editorial planning, and ongoing help turning internal expertise into customer-facing content.
Ongoing newsletter and editorial planning
Executive and company content
Long-form articles and other useful content assets
Email campaigns and nurture content
Landing-page and campaign copy when needed
Content interviews and subject-matter-expert extraction
Regular planning, prioritization, and review
A defined monthly content capacity so scope stays sane for both of us
Best fit: You already know content matters. Your problem is capacity, consistency, or having someone senior enough to understand the business and simply get the work done.

Larger Content Programs
Starts at $7,500/month
For broader programs involving multiple executives, higher publishing volume, several content types, or more complicated B2B/technical subject matter.
These are scoped individually. This is also where my background in information management, document management, intelligent document processing, and B2B technology can reduce the usual ramp-up time for companies in those markets.

Executive LinkedIn Ghostwriting
Starts at $3,000/month
You do not need a newsletter engagement to work with me on executive content.
I interview you, learn how you think and talk, and turn that into useful LinkedIn posts that sound like you — not like a generic personal-brand template. Typical engagements include 12–20 posts per month, editorial themes, regular content capture, revisions, and a simple performance review.
The goal is not to turn you into an influencer. It is to make your expertise easier for the right customers, prospects, partners, and employees to find.

Project Work
Not everything needs to become a retainer.
I also take on stand-alone projects when there is a clear fit. Common examples include:
Email campaigns and nurture sequences — generally $1,500+
Whitepapers, ebooks, guides, and other substantial content assets — generally $4,000+
Content and messaging strategy projects — generally $5,000+
Articles, websites, landing pages, editing, and other focused writing projects — quoted based on scope
If a one-time project turns into an ongoing relationship, great. If it does not, also great. My goal is to help you solve the problem you have, not lock you into a relationship you don’t need.

A Few Useful Details
Why Start With a Newsletter?
Because it gives you a recurring reason to be useful to customers and prospects in a channel you control. It also creates a steady source of ideas that can become LinkedIn posts, articles, videos, sales follow-up, and other content. The newsletter is the starting point, not a cage.
How Much of My Time Will This Take?
Not much. I need access to the people who know the business and enough time to understand what they know. A short monthly interview or check-in is often enough once we are rolling. My job is to remove work from your plate, not create a new committee.
Do You Use AI?
Yes. I use it where it is useful — research assistance, organizing material, finding connections across existing content, repurposing, and speeding up repetitive work.
I do not hand you an unedited AI draft and call it expertise. I do the interviewing, judgment, writing, fact-checking, editing, and final decisions. The tools make parts of the process faster. They do not replace knowing what is worth saying.
Why the Three-Month Start?
Because one newsletter or a few LinkedIn posts do not tell either of us much. We need enough time to learn your voice, see what readers respond to, and build a rhythm. Three months is long enough to do real work and short enough that nobody feels trapped in a marketing marriage.
Can We Start Smaller?
Usually. If the scope can be reduced without making the work pointless, I would rather shrink the engagement than pretend a larger package costs less. We can figure that out in a short conversation.
Not Sure Which One You Need?
That is normal. You should understand the rough price before we talk; you should not have to diagnose and scope the engagement yourself.
If you would like a newsletter — or useful content around one — that gives people a reason to keep letting you into their inbox and attention, let’s have a short conversation: bryant@simplyusefulmarketing.co.
And don’t worry, I don’t pitchslap or hard sell. I’m looking for an honest conversation about your marketing challenges and where, how, or if I can help.
Thanks for reading. Comments, criticisms, and witticisms welcomed.
