You don't have to know everything to be an expert (and that's impossible in any professional anyway). So just get moving on that project you know you need to do, but keep futzing about on.

I literally set my pig (or owl) kitchen timer -- I think of it as the Pigodoro Technique :)

I 100% identify with both…. the procrastination disguised as learning…… and the thirst for knowledge.
I do my best to get more learning from experience now though, versus only consumption of information
I've started timing my "input" time during working hours. Helps!
