Sorry, Cheryl, only just saw this comment! Yes, amazing that most successful companies prioritize customers first, profits follow. I generally think one of the major problems with the economy today is the perverse incentive to buoy the stock market, which ISN'T the actual economy though everyone treats it as such. Decisions that make stock look good arent' always what's best for the customer (or the company in the long run, I would argue).
I got into online work to make a few dollars - side hustle- No idea that serving others is the most profit there is in this world.
